Adah was born on 11 May 1992 in a Tamil Brahmin family. Her mother Sheila Sharma hails from Nattupura, Palakkad in Kerala, India, and is of Malayali descent. She is proficient in Indian classical dance as well as a yoga guru.
Her late father Mr. S. L. Sharma was from Tamil Nadu and was an Indian Merchant Navy captain by profession. Aadh Sharma completed her school study at Auxilium Convent High School in Mumbai.
She was born and brought up in Kerala, India but later she moved to Mumbai, Maharastra for her acting and educational carrier. She completed her college study at Mumbai University.
